The National Panhellenic Conference is an organization that bonds together all participating chapters in interfraternal relationships and cooperation with colleges and universities. NPC promotes the ideals of education, leadership, friendships, cooperation, and citizenship to each fraternity.
The roots of NPC dates back to 1891 when Kappa Kappa Gamma invited all Greek-letter women’s collegiate fraternities to meet April 16 and 17. Chapters met together to discuss mutual goals as well as the requirements for membership in NPC. By 1902 chapters were inducted into this organization. NPC has 26 participating chapters.
